3. Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services used beyond the refund period
  • Third-party services or add-ons
  • Refunds requested after the eligibility period

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing cycle.
